Stones in the road?
I save every single one,
one day I’ll build a castle.

Fernando Pessoa

The encounter with obstacles and difficult experiences often holds an invitation to turn inwards, paving the way to a quest for a deeper understanding of one’s self, one’s inner and outer battles. Whether you know why you are seeking support or you just sense ‘something not quite right’, this may be the time to begin a journey of self-discovery. Initiating a therapeutic process can be an important step towards change.

Descending into the depths of the psyche, the individual may find, in their own pain, the spark that initiates the process of transformation. This is where psychotherapy plays an important role, supporting the journey through one’s inner landscape so that its unknown realms can be recognized and integrated into the conscious mind. Psychotherapeutic support can thus enhance and consolidate a transformation process that awaits to be lived in its fullness.

Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy is a depth approach; flexible and inclusive, it draws upon different therapeutic tools and schools of thought to meet one’s individual needs and unique nature. It includes psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, gestalt and transpersonal traditions with an emphasis on the Analytic Psychology of C.G. Jung. In addition, it integrates creative tools to facilitate the expression of the unconscious and non-verbal communication.
